Lori Petrosky Ebaugh MBA co-leads the seminar adding a sense of warmth and realism to those preparing to “walk down the aisle. She offers the essential balance of the female perspective in her presentations. She is a former marketing analyst at Ford Motor Company and an industrial designer. Lori is the mother of three active boys. She is on a radical mission to put her children first, ahead of her career. She holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Industrial Design.

Michael Ebaugh M.R.E., M.Ed. has been married to Lori Petrosky Ebaugh for the past 20 years. He is father to their three boys, Stephen (18), Benjamin (15) and Peter (13). Michael and Lori and their family live in Milford, MI.

He has been the Corporate Director of Learning and Development at Botsford HealthCare in Farmington Hills since 1995. He designed and developed the management training and organizational development program at Botsford. His expertise areas include: instructional design, e-learning, employee selection strategies, management coaching, presentation design and delivery and leadership assessment instruments.

He is a skilled facilitator with clear focus, practical insight, quick wit and a dash of Seinfeld. Formerly, a Director of Religious Education for 12 years, he is well grounded in a practical theology and adult education principles. He holds a Master’s Degree in Religious Education and a Master’s Degree in Instructional Technology.
