How to Register

1. The 2011/2012 registration form is downloadable on this web site (click on PDF graphic on left)
2. Print out the registration form and complete it
3. Send in fee of $80 per couple (due with registration, check or PAYPAL option)
4. Following receipt of your registration / payment, you will receive a confirmation email / file     attachment (seminar location map, date / time of the “doors opening” etc.

To Use PayPal
A) Click on PAYPAL, log in to your account.

B) Use the “Send Money”tab ($80/couple) to the PayPal account:
thepremarriageseminar@gmail.com

C) We will send you a confirmation email when we receive your completed registration.
