Lori Petrosky Ebaugh MBA adds warmth and practical grounding in preparing couples to walk down the aisle. A former toy designer, furniture designer and marketing strategy analyst she is the mom to three sons, Stephen, Benjamin and Peter. She has been married to Michael for a really long time (June 9, 1990).  She holds an MBA and a BFA. She is a relationship coach, certified in the Prepare/Enrich Relationship Inventory.

Michael Ebaugh M.R.E., M.Ed..  is a leadership coach, master trainer and human resource professional who served as a Director of Talent and Organizational Development at three different healthcare systems.  Michael brings a wealth of psychological and spiritual perspective to the seminar. He spent 12 years as a parish Director of Religious Education and holds a M.R.E. in Religious Education and a M.Ed in Instructional Technology. He is certified in the Prepare/Enrich Relationship Inventory as well as 10 different talent surveys including the DISC, Predictive Index and Enneagram.  He has been married to the love of his life, Lori, for over three decades.
